Job Summary

The Technology Advisor/Site Lead provides senior-level technical leadership, strategic guidance, and operational oversight for enterprise IT services. The role coordinates network operations, systems engineering, cybersecurity, IT management, project execution, and mission network sustainment while supporting contingency and wartime operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance across IT operations, networking, systems engineering, and cybersecurity.
• Advise leadership on IT goals, objectives, implementation strategies, and enterprise technology requirements.
• Oversee operation and maintenance activities for mission-critical networks.
• Support planning and execution of enterprise network and IT projects.
• Apply System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles to engineering activities.
• Research emerging technologies and provide technical recommendations.
• Review technical project documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare technical briefings, presentations, reports, and status updates.
• Support project scope, resource, schedule, and general project management activities.
• Coordinate with DoD organizations, vendors, contractors, and technical partners.
• Provide IT management, networking, LAN/WAN, documentation, meeting, and training support.
• Support CONUS/OCONUS deployments and TDY travel as required.

Required Qualifications

• M.S. in a related field with 7+ years of relevant experience preferred, or 10+ years of relevant IT experience.
• Experience in IT operations/services management, training, and firewall operations.
• Network, systems, and cybersecurity engineering experience.
• Enterprise LAN/WAN support experience.
• Knowledge of network security threats and risk.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• CCNP certification.
• Trainer certification (Microsoft, Cisco, or military equivalent).
• ITIL Foundation certification; may be obtained within 60 days.
• TS/SCI clearance required
