Roles & Responsibilities
" Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB Develop and design RESTful services
and APIs
" Experience with Spring Boot, DevOps, Kafka, Rest Webservices, Micro Services and perform code reviews
" Mentor team members and promote best practices in project delivery.
" Knowledge in Policy Center with Property and Auto domain experience.
" Experience working in SDLC and Agile methodologies.
" Conceptualize, design, and build applications by turning wireframes into effective codes
" Code for various platforms to ensure functionality across multiple channels.
" Manage database administration and hosting responsibilities.
" Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail and drive issues and solve problems
" Collaborate across time zones via GitHub/Jira comments, documents, video conferences as required.
" Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through deployment and post-production support.
" Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, resource requirements, and success criteria.
" Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA teams, and vendors to ensure alignment
on project goals.
" Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests
" Monitor project progress and provide status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
" Facilitate technical discussions, solution reviews, and architectural decisions.
" Coordinate release management activities and production deployments.
