Programming experience with Python or Java/.Net (Candidate is not expected to write the code in Python or MicroStrategy however ability to read and understand Python code and run reports in MicroStrategy.). Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a Techno Functional Business Analyst (ETL/data integration, Capital markets, Python, MicroStrategy) for their Jersey City ,NJ/Plano, TX/Charlotte, NC location.
 
Requirements:

• 10+ years’ experience with at least 3+ years’ experience as a BA/FA
• Delivery focused techno-functional role
• Good knowledge of SQL programming preferably with databases such as Oracle Exadata
• Programming experience with Python or Java/.Net (Candidate is not expected to write the code in Python or MicroStrategy however ability to read and understand Python code and run reports in MicroStrategy.)
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Deep understanding of Capital Markets with focus on Credit Risk, Market Risk or Capital calculations
• Understanding of regulations within the Capital Markets space (Basel, CRR, CRD IV etc)
• Attention to detail and self-starter, with an ability to identify risks and issues and suggest improvements.
• Preferred Skillset:
• Knowledge of Big Data Architectures and Cloud computing
• Knowledge of machine-learning techniques, classifiers and statistical methods
• Exceptional intelligence and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
