Greico Nissan of Delray Beach is aggressively hiring experienced Automotive Technicians, Nissan Certified Technicians, ASE Certified Technicians, and a true Nissan Master Technician / Top Performer to join our growing high-volume dealership team.

COMPENSATION & EARNING POTENTIAL

B-Level / Experienced Technicians:
$38 $52 per flat-rate hour

ASE or Nissan Certified Technicians:
$45 $60+ per flat-rate hour

Nissan Master Technicians / Top Producers:
$65 $85+ per flat-rate hour based on production, certifications, and experience

Top performers have the opportunity to earn well into six figures annually.

Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Diagnose and repair Nissan vehicles efficiently and accurately
• Perform advanced drivability, electrical, engine, transmission, and diagnostic repairs
• Complete inspections and maintenance services
• Work closely with advisors and management to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction
• Maintain clean and accurate repair documentation
• Stay current with Nissan technology and evolving vehicle systems

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of automotive technician experience required
• Nissan certification or ASE certifications highly preferred
• Dealership experience is a major plus
• Strong electrical and diagnostic abilities
• Must have your own tools
• Clean driving record preferred
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic required
• Looking for motivated technicians who want to produce and make serious income
