We are aggressively hiring Automotive Technicians of ALL LEVELS - A, B, and C Techs welcome. Whether you come from Toyota, Ford, GM, Honda, Nissan, CDJR, Hyundai, Kia, European brands, or independent repair facilities, we want to talk to you.

Based on current technician pay ranges in the Maryland market, we are offering highly competitive compensation for qualified candidates.

• C-Level / Entry Technicians: $28 $35 per hour
• B-Level Technicians: $35 $45 per hour
• A-Level / Master Technicians: $45 $60+ per hour
• OEM-certified and diagnostic technicians move to the front of the line.

Flat-rate and performance-based earning opportunities available for top performers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles efficiently and accurately
• Perform inspections, maintenance, and advanced diagnostics
• Work closely with service advisors and management
• Complete repairs according to manufacturer standards
• Maintain clean and accurate repair documentation
• Stay current with evolving automotive technology and systems

REQUIREMENTS:

• All experience levels welcome
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic ability preferred
• ASE and OEM certifications are a plus
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic required
