Job Description

We are seeking a Technician V, Tier 2 to join our team on site at an HPE facility. The role requires the ability to read, write, and speak English. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in test execution, instrumentation calibration, and troubleshooting and a proven ability to develop and document test programs and procedures for new and existing technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret schematics, printouts, and specifications to execute tests and verify functional performance.
• Calibrate and verify testing instruments on a regular schedule and document results.
• Participate in debugging and troubleshooting for procedures, equipment, and products.
• Create and maintain test programs and procedures to support new technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Proficiency interpreting schematics and technical specifications and executing tests accordingly.
• Experience with calibration, verification, and use of test instruments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a lab or production environment.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment and on site at an HPE location.
• Experience level: Typically an associate degree or equivalent experience and 6+ years in relevant roles. Candidates with higher-level equivalent experience without a related degree will be considered.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience documenting test procedures and results with accuracy.
• Background supporting new product introduction or technology transfer.

Work Conditions & Schedule:

• On site required at HPE Site - Office.
• Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, 8 hours per day. Overtime may be required.
• Ship-to address: 165 Dascomb Road, Andover, MA 01810, US.
