Pay Rate:        $20/hr  - $25/hr on W2
Shift hour:       Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM,   (100% Onsite)
 
 
JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities:

• Spray sheets of material using an adhesive dispensing robot.

• Operate thermal testing equipment and texture analyzers.

• Perform basic assembly and material handling activities.

• Pack sprayed sheets of material into boxes.

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and notes.

• Follow safety procedures when handling adhesives and operating equipment.

• Wear required PPE, including lab coat, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toed shoes, and hearing protection.

• Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements.

• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally; carts or assistance are available.
   

Required Skills:

• Basic data entry and Microsoft Office skills.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accurate note-taking.

• Ability to learn new processes quickly.

• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.

• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

• Willingness to handle adhesives and wear required PPE.

• Manufacturing, assembly, packaging, or laboratory experience is preferred but not specified as mandatory.
   

Education Required:

- High school diploma or GED.
