Technician - Santa Teresa, NM
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Employment Type: Temporary
We are seeking motivated Technicians to join our team in Santa Teresa, NM. The Technician will support manufacturing operations by performing assembly, inspection, testing, and production-related activities while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly and production tasks according to work instructions.
- Operate manufacturing equipment and tools safely.
- Inspect products and materials to ensure quality standards are met.
- Troubleshoot minor production issues and report concerns to supervisors.
- Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Support additional production and operational needs as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous technician, manufacturing, or assembly experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
