Lube Technician
Locations: Mission / McAllen / Palmview, TX
Position Type: Full-Time
About the Role
As a Lube Technician, you will help keep customers’ vehicles safe and running smoothly by performing essential preventative maintenance services. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with vehicles, has strong attention to detail, and is eager to grow their automotive skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, filter replacements, fluid checks, and tire rotations
- Complete multi-point vehicle inspections and document findings
- Check and top off essential vehicle fluids
- Inspect belts, hoses, batteries, and overall vehicle condition
- Assist with tire services and general shop tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Communicate vehicle needs clearly with service advisors and customers
- Follow all safety procedures and shop standards
Qualifications
- Previous automotive or lube technician experience preferred; entry-level candidates welcome
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and routine services
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. and work in a hands-on environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Reliable, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Tire Technician

Responsibilities
- Perform tire installations, rotations, balancing, and repairs
- Complete vehicle inspections and identify maintenance needs
- Perform basic preventative maintenance services, including oil changes and fluid checks
- Inspect tires, belts, hoses, batteries, and other vehicle components
- Assist with general shop operations and maintain a clean workspace
- Communicate vehicle needs clearly with service advisors and customers
- Follow all safety procedures and shop guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous tire technician or automotive experience preferred
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. and safely use tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
