Responsibilities:
Assemble custom-built computers, desktops, and servers according to customer specifications
Diagnose hardware and software issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements
Install and configure operating systems, software applications, and drivers
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues on computers and servers
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, virus scans, and disk cleanups
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person
Document all service requests and resolutions in our ticketing system
Stay updated on the latest technologies and developments in computer hardware and software
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
Fluent in English
Proven experience assembling and repairing computers, desktops, and servers
Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and peripherals
Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, Windows Server, Windows LTSE
Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
