We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

• Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Operates production equipment for manufacturing and assembly of clinical and commercial products.

• Follows blueprints, guidelines, and diagrams to ensure product specifications and tolerance levels are met.

• Performs balancing operations on complex aerospace parts.

• Interprets aerospace blueprints with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) dimensions.

• Uses measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, indicators, and height gauges.

• Applies mechanical aptitude and blueprint reading skills for production tasks.

• Works under general supervision performing a variety of tasks.

• Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

• Requires attention to fine detail and ability to stand for extended periods.

• Uses a computer for production documentation and tasks.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 2-4 years of related experience in production or manufacturing.

• Strong mechanical aptitude for production operations.

• Ability to read and interpret aerospace blueprints including GD&T.

• Ability to use precision measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, indicators, and height gauges.

• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.

• Ability to follow blueprints, guidelines, and diagrams to meet specifications.

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

• Ability to work under general supervision with limited experience and judgment.
