Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Operates production equipment for manufacturing and assembly of products.

• Follows blueprints, guidelines, and diagrams to ensure product specifications and tolerance levels are met.

• Performs balancing operations on complex aerospace parts.

• Uses precision measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, indicators, and height gauges.

• Interprets aerospace blueprints with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) dimensions.

• Performs a variety of manufacturing and assembly tasks under general supervision.

• Sets up and operates production equipment according to standard procedures.

• Inspects completed products for quality and conformance to specifications.

• Performs manual assembly tasks with hand tools and equipment.

• Documents production activities and results.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 2-4 years of related production or manufacturing experience.

• Strong mechanical aptitude for production operations.

• Ability to read and interpret aerospace blueprints including GD&T.

• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, indicators, and height gauges.

• Ability to follow blueprints, guidelines, and diagrams for product specifications.

• Familiarity with standard manufacturing concepts, practices, and procedures.

• Experience with balancing operations on complex aerospace parts.

• Ability to perform a variety of production tasks under general supervision.
