Job Summary Technician responsible for performing manufacturing operations, complex rework, inspections, and quality control activities according to manufacturing documentation, drawings, and procedures.
Job Title: Technician
Location: Irvine, CaliforniaKey Responsibilities
- Perform manufacturing operations using conventional and digital machine tools.
- Handle complex unit/component-level work and rework.
- Inspect components, assemblies, and test setups according to drawings and procedures.
- Perform manufacturing and final inspection activities as required.
- Support operators and implement continuous improvement actions.
- Identify and report issues with methods, tools, processes, and documentation.
- Perform root-cause analysis and support Quality Notification (QN) actions.
- Ensure QN transactions and tasks are completed and closed.
- Liaise with production and quality teams to resolve quality issues.
- Raise NCs and CARs for non-conforming products.
- Support product release activities and maintain required reports/records.
Required Skills
- 1 3 years of manufacturing/technician experience
- Manufacturing process and inspection experience
- Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications
- Experience with quality/inspection processes
- Knowledge of root-cause analysis and corrective actions
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
