No experience? No problem! We're willing to train the right candidate. If you have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn, we'll provide the hands-on training you need to become a skilled RV Technician.
What You'll Do
As an RV Technician-in-Training, you'll work alongside experienced technicians while learning to:
- Diagnose and repair a variety of RV systems and components
- Perform interior and exterior repairs and maintenance
- Assist with electrical, plumbing, appliance, and structural repairs
- Complete inspections and preventative maintenance
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Communicate repair progress and any concerns with your supervisor
- Deliver quality workmanship while developing your technical skills
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Eager to learn and grow in a skilled trade
- Mechanically inclined and enjoys hands-on work
- Reliable with strong attendance and a positive attitude
- Detail-oriented and committed to quality workmanship
- Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
- Comfortable lifting, bending, climbing, and performing physical work throughout the day

Requirements
- Must provide your own basic hand tools.
- Must be able to perform physical work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
