Commercial HVAC Technician

ACIS, Inc. is currently hiring for a COMMERCIAL HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN. We are a growing commercial mechanical services provider in the commercial and industrial HVAC industry with a strong client base in Texas. You will help maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment on commercial office buildings, healthcare facilities, industrial plants, data centers, and critical cooling facilities.
THE OPPORTUNITY
You will help maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment on commercial office buildings, healthcare facilities, industrial plants, data centers, and critical cooling facilities. Technician III is a seasoned senior-level commercial technician that brings the ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Centrifugal chillers, large tonnage package units, built up DX split systems, air- and water-cooled scroll, reciprocating, and screw chillers. Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams. Conduct work exhibiting a professional demeanor and tactful and courteous communication with a diverse client base.. • Minimum of 7-10 years of commercial HVAC experience
• Associate’s degree, or equivalent experience and training
• Valid Driver's License
• Current EPA Universal
• Texas ACR Registered
• Current Texas TDLR Registration
• Provide basic hand tools, i.e. gauges, meter(s), screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, etc.
• Actively seek training, coaching, and expand knowledge of the industry
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends, as needed
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and smartphones
