Description


To perform any process/support duties associated with the automated filling of vaccines. Duties & Responsibilities


+ Perform filling and support production activities

+ Operate relevant department equipment in appropriate manner and in accordance with requirements

+ Ensure all equipment and facilities are maintained

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment

+ Complete all associated documentation in compliance with requirements

+ Conduct Documentation Review

+ Demonstrate sound aseptic technique and serve as a trainer and mentor to other technicians

+ Demonstrate mechanical competency and interface with the maintenance department for resolving equipment issues

+ Perform inventory transactions

+ Review and close batch tickets

+ Monitor Key Performance Indicators to strive for improved performance

+ Provide leadership to teammates, supporting the area supervisor

+ Communicate process needs and progress to colleagues and supervisor.

+ Escalate events and concerns to supervisor

+ Demonstrate a visible & tangible commitment to HSE, Lean Principles, and the company Values in all work related activities

+ In addition to the above, other assigned duties & projects deemed appropriate within the position scope

+ Small Volume Filling

+ Schedule: 2-2-3 5:45 PM - 6:15 AM


Requirements


+ B.S. degree from an accredited institution plus two (2) years of relevant experience; or High school diploma or equivalent and five (5) years of related experience

+ B.S. Biology or related field from an accredited institution, and three (3) years related experience preferred

+ Experience in Pharma/Bio cGMP preferred

+ Basic computer skills - Excel, Word

+ Demonstrated team player

+ Effective verbal and written communication skills

+ Basic math skills

+ Strong mechanical skills, experience operating automated equipment, and mechanical troubleshooting skills

+ cGMP manufacturing knowledge

+ Aseptic filling knowledge

+ Product lifecycle knowledge and risks


Eligibility Requirements


+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.

+ Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required).

+ Must be 18 years of age or older.
