Perform such work as required by the company, regulator, safety procedures.AccountabilitiesAll C&M Technician I responsibilities

    Leak investigation and repair

    May perform duties of crew lead, if needed

    Construction order complete

    Proficient at operating excavating equipment

    Perform critical valve inspection

    Perform stand-by, work shifts, holidays, weekends, emergency call out

    Support other departments when needed

    Service and construction helper

    Must become familiar with the safety manual and work according to its intent while creating and maintaining a safe working environment

    Responsible for the safe operation inspection of assigned company vehicles and equipment

    Education and ExperienceHigh school Diploma or GED

    Proficiency in basic computer knowledge

    Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills

    Relevant gas experience

    Must have and maintain minimum Operator (OQs) and classroom training for the position

    Must have and maintain a Competent Person Certificate

    Requires active Class A CDL

    Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:Must be physically able to stoop, bend, crawl, walk, climb ladders, and do heavy lifting as needed. Able to lift and carry materials up to 50lbs. Ability to occasionally ascend and descend stairs and ladders is required. Must also have keen senses of smell, hearing, vision, and color identification.
