    How You’ll Make a Difference 

    As a Technician II, you’ll be a trusted expert in the field—keeping critical equipment running safely and reliably. Your work helps customers stay productive and protects the people who depend on their machines every day. 

    What You’ll Do 

    • Diagnose, repair, and maintain forklifts and other material handling equipment—electric, LP, gas, and diesel—at customer sites or in the shop 

    • Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, brake, steering, and lift systems to manufacturer standards 

    • Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and failure analysis to catch problems early and keep equipment safe 

    • Work safely and professionally, documenting repairs, maintaining your service vehicle, and supporting a strong Safety First culture 

    What You’ll Bring 

    • 3+ years of experience repairing forklifts or similar industrial equipment, with strong mechanical and diagnostic skills 

    • High school diploma or GED; technical or trade school training is a plus 

    • Ability to read precision instruments and perform basic welding or fabrication when needed 

    • Valid driver’s license, solid communication skills, and pride in delivering great customer service
