Role summary: The (USA) Technician, Facility Services, Power Washing, is responsible for operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment to ensure facility surfaces meet established cleanliness and safety standards. This role involves performing routine equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, and safe operation of machinery and vehicles. The technician collaborates with facility teams to address service requests, maintain accurate records, and support seasonal exterior maintenance activities. Adherence to safety protocols and company policies is essential to uphold operational efficiency and quality. This position contributes to sustaining a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment across Walmart facilities. About the team: The team operates during night hours to maintain store exteriors using power washing equipment. Members ensure all tools and machinery are properly maintained and perform thorough cleaning of walls, sidewalks, and parking areas. They follow safety protocols when handling high-pressure equipment and respond promptly to work requests. Collaborating effectively, the team meets quality standards and deadlines while utilizing technology to manage tasks and maintain records. Their efforts support efficient facility upkeep, contributing to a well-maintained environment and a positive experience for customers and associates. What you'll do:

• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment to clean various facility surfaces, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Evaluate cleaning areas to determine appropriate pressure, temperature, and methods for effective contaminant removal.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on power washing machinery and corporate vehicles.
• Respond to work orders, document tasks, and communicate updates with facility users and management.
• Collaborate with teams to support operational needs and maintain a safe work environment.
• Conduct seasonal exterior maintenance, including snow and ice management, to uphold facility safety.
• Manage equipment inventory, perform repairs, and ensure proper storage of tools and vehicles.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment and related machinery.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and preventative maintenance for power washing tools and heavy equipment.
• Ability to evaluate cleaning areas and determine appropriate pressure, temperature, and operational methods.
• Skilled in performing equipment inspections, maintenance, and inventory management.
• Competence in operating corporate vehicles safely and conducting required vehicle inspections.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with facility users, managers, and team members.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively to meet operational goals.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
