The Impact You'll Make

You will help bring engineering ideas to life on the production floor-turning concepts into practical improvements that make manufacturing safer, faster, and more reliable. Your hands-on work will directly impact product quality, process stability, and delivery performance for critical liquid cooling solutions.

In this role, you will support process trials, equipment setup, and continuous improvement initiatives that keep operations running smoothly. You'll play a key part in validating changes, collecting meaningful data, and ensuring teams have the tools and information they need to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support process trials and equipment setups to enable safe and effective production improvements
  • Collect and analyze production data to identify issues and guide better decision-making
  • Create and update visual work instructions and documentation to improve clarity and consistency on the shop floor
  • Assist in troubleshooting equipment and process issues to minimize disruptions and improve performance
  • Collaborate with engineers, operators, and supervisors to test and implement practical improvements

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field; equivalent hands-on experience may be considered.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, technical documentation, work instructions, and safety procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing, production support, equipment setup, tooling, maintenance, or continuous improvement environments.
  • Experience supporting process trials, production launches, equipment troubleshooting, or engineering projects.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing documentation, data collection systems, and lean manufacturing practices.

Job Criteria

  • Hands-on mechanical aptitude with the ability to support equipment, tooling, fixtures, and production processes.
  • Experience using measurement tools, gauges, hand tools, and computer-based documentation systems.
  • Ability to accurately collect data, document observations, and maintain records for engineering review.
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, safe work practices, and 5S principles.
  • Ability to identify issues, escalate concerns appropriately, and support timely resolution of production challenges.
  • Comfortable collaborating with engineers, operators, supervisors, quality teams, maintenance personnel, and other cross-functional partners.
