Technician

The Sterile Filling team supports the final stages of vaccine manufacturing, including equipment preparation, sterilization, filling, packaging, and staging of sterile components. High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Biology or a related science preferred.

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Overtime is rare and typically voluntary.

$20 per hour 

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Biology or a related science preferred
• 1–3 years of relevant manufacturing experience
• Basic mechanical, scientific, and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Working knowledge of aseptic practices, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Awareness of quality improvement tools, MPS processes, and USDA regulations
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 35 lbs.

What You’ll Do

The Sterile Filling team supports the final stages of vaccine manufacturing, including equipment preparation, sterilization, filling, packaging, and staging of sterile components.

In this role, you will:

• Package finished product and prepare materials for the next stage of processing
• Stage sterile components and supplies for filling operations
• Clean, disinfect, and prepare filling areas and equipment
• Assist with sterilization activities and operation of autoclaves
• Follow aseptic practices to help maintain product sterility
• Complete production documentation accurately using Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Follow SOPs, quality standards, safety procedures, and applicable USDA requirements
• Maintain consistent, accurate execution of daily manufacturing activities

Physical Requirements: Ability to occasionally lift up to 35 lbs. and perform routine manufacturing and packaging activities.
