Job Description:

Crain Kia of Bentonville is seeking a skilled and experienced Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working as a technician, demonstrating strong diagnostic and repair skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Perform vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
• Inspect vehicles to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
• Use specialized tools and equipment to complete repairs efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues and repair status.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and dealership policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a technician in an automotive service environment.
