Mitigation Technician
Full-Time | Belgrade, MT | Year-Round Work
Pay: $26-27]/hour, based on experience
Additional compensation:
- Overtime opportunities
- $100 callout bonus plus time-and-a-half for qualifying after-hours emergency work
- $100 callout bonus plus double time for qualifying holiday emergency work

You’ll be part of the crew that responds first when disaster strikes. That means:
- Water extraction, drying, demolition, fire cleanup, and mold remediation
- Securing properties (board-ups, temporary protection)
- Using professional equipment—not guesswork
- Working directly in homes and businesses with respect and urgency
- Leaving job sites cleaner, safer, and better than you found them
