This is a 2-year, hands-on apprenticeship program designed to take motivated individuals with no prior experience and turn them into skilled, career-ready automotive technicians trained to the standards of one of Evansville’s most established dealership groups. How It WorksEvery weekday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, apprentices split their time between structured classroom instruction and real shop work — supervised by experienced, certified technicians across our dealership group. You’re not watching. You’re doing. The program covers the full range of automotive systems. Depending on shop needs, apprentices may work on any of the brands in our dealership group, building versatile, real-world experience across multiple vehicle lines.
