THE TECHNICIAN 4 POSITIONSunStrong Management is seeking a highly skilled technician specializing in solar and battery (ESS) systems, responsible for advanced troubleshooting and crew leadership.
TECHNICIAN 4 RESPONSIBILITIES- Perform all solar service work
- Diagnose and repair battery (ESS) systems:
- Tesla
- Enphase
- SunVault
- Franklin
- Lead crews on battery and advanced service jobs
- Resolve escalated and multi-system issues
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS- 3+ years of solar experience
- OEM battery certifications (as applicable)
- Strong troubleshooting and leadership capability
- Valid driver’s license (subject to driver record check)
Preferred Qualifications- Crew Lead for solar + battery work
- Roof and electrical competent
- Authorized for ESS work
woRKing conditionS- Working outdoors
- Driving required
physical requirements- Roof/ability to work at various roof pitch heights
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
