How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Field Service Technician III, you’ll be a trusted expert in the field. Customers will count on you to keep their equipment running safely and reliably. Your skill, leadership, and commitment to quality will help minimize downtime, strengthen relationships, and keep our Safety First culture strong.

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose, repair, and rebuild engines, electrical systems, hydraulics, transmissions, brakes, and other key components on material handling equipment—both in the field and in the shop.

  • Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and advanced troubleshooting to keep equipment operating to manufacturer standards.

  • Complete accurate service documentation, maintain parts inventory, and ensure your company vehicle and job sites reflect our high safety standards.

  • Serve as a technical resource to teammates, support training efforts, and help us attract and onboard top technician talent.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of forklift or material handling equipment repair experience, with strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.

  • A commitment to safety, customer service, and doing the job right the first time.

  • Ability to read precision measuring instruments; welding and fabrication skills are a plus.

  • High school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, required certifications (or ability to obtain), and your own tools.
