PrimaryDutiesandResponsibilities
- Performsminorandmajorrepairsontrucksandtrailers.
- Conductsroutinepreventativemaintenanceonservicetrucks,includinginspections,tirerotations,andoilchanges.
- Collaborateswiththerepairteamtodiagnosevehicleissuesanddeveloprepairsolutions.
- Maintainsaccuraterecordsofrepairsandmaintenanceperformedonvehicles.
- Repairs,modifies,andperformspreventativemaintenanceonfleetvehiclesasneeded.
- Completesallpreventativemaintenancetaskstoensureequipmentoperatessafelyandefficiently.
- Troubleshootsandrepairsmechanicalmalfunctions.
- InspectsfleetvehiclestoensureDOTcompliance,includingbrakemaintenanceandsafetyinspections.
- Completesalldailyreporting.
- Maintainsequipment,parts,andsupplyinventoriesbymonitoringstocklevels.
- Preparesmaintenancereportsbycollecting,analyzing,andsummarizinginformationandtrends.
- Maintainsasafeandcleanworkenvironmentbyfollowingestablishedprocedures,rules,andregulations.
- AdherestoallCompany,DOT,andOSHAsafetystandardsandregulations.

Education
- HighSchoolDiplomaorequivalentrequired.
ExperienceandCompetencies
- Minimumof2yearsoffleetmaintenanceexperience.
- Weldingandbodyfabricationexperienceisaplus.
- Abilitytoreadandcomprehendtechnicalreferencematerials,equipmentmanuals,andrepairdocumentation.
- ExperiencewithMicrosoftapplicationsanddiagnosticsoftware.
- Strongattentiontodetail.
