We are seeking a Technical Writer / Process Documentation Specialist to support a time-sensitive manufacturing and trade compliance initiative. This position will work closely with business, engineering, manufacturing, and operational stakeholders to understand existing processes, develop detailed process flows in Microsoft Visio, and translate those workflows into clear, user-friendly documentation.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Visio and business process mapping and be comfortable gathering information from multiple stakeholders and converting complex operational processes into structured workflows, job aids, work instructions, and operator manuals.
Candidates do not need to come from a traditional Technical Writer background. Experience as a Business Process Analyst, Process Improvement Analyst, Process Mapping Specialist, or similar role may be highly relevant.
