We're looking for a Technical Writer to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Compiling and writing technical documents of the company's software products and projects, including but not limited to product data sheets, user manuals, service manuals, installation manuals, manufacturing instruction documents.
Communicating with R&D engineers in defining product features, functions, requirements, designs and assisting R&D engineers in writing various R&D documents.
According to the company's quality management system requirements, reviewing and revising R&D documents.
Responsible for company document control and document life cycle management according to company's quality management system.
Driving continuous improvement on company documentation process, methods and tools.
Job Requirements:
BS Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field.
3+ Years IT Support experience.
Familiar with Linux Operating System, database system (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and application server (such as IBM WebSphere, JBoss).
Good analytical troubleshooting skills to isolate and resolve problems.
A good team player with the ability to coordinate with other teams to see complete solutions delivered.
Strong listening skills with careful attention to detail.
