Technical Writer (MES) Location: Onsite/Hybrid Type: Contract Openings: 2 Position Overview We are seeking Technical Writers to support documentation efforts related to a Manufacturing Execution System (MES). This role will work with cross-functional teams to create and update operational, process, and system documentation in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, work instructions, and process documents. Gather information from subject matter experts and stakeholders. Document MES-related processes and workflows. Review, revise, and update existing documentation. Ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and aligned with company standards. Support ongoing MES implementation and improvement efforts. Required Qualifications 3-4+ years of Technical Writing experience. Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Experience creating SOPs, work instructions, or process documentation. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and technical stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment. Exposure to medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industries. Knowledge of document control processes and quality systems. Ideal Candidate A technical writer with 3-4 years of experience who can quickly understand manufacturing processes, work with subject matter experts, and create clear, effective documentation within an MES environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
