Role Description
As a Technical Trainer at Harmonic, you will work closely with Sales, Services, Operations, Product Management, and R&D teams to develop and deliver high-quality technical education.
This role requires a strong hands-on technical background in DOCSIS/CMTS and IP networking, combined with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to different audiences.
You will deliver in-depth technical Instructor-Led Training (ILT), webinars, trainer-led videos, and LMS courses on Harmonic's Broadband solution for customers, partners, and internal teams. Instructor-led training will include hands-on labs and practical exercises tailored to customer's network topologies and configurations.
You will configure and maintain training lab environments, collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy, support training project planning and customer training proposals, and deliver both remote and onsite training, including occasional international travel.

Remote - this position is 100% remote and based in the East Coast region of the USA.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $85,000 - $105,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market, location, and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
