Technical Trainer
Location: Ocoee, FL
Duration: 6+ months, Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop instructional materials for various delivery formats.
- Apply instructional design frameworks and multimedia integration.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to create accessible learning objectives.
- Utilize learning technology and authoring suites like Articulate 360.
- Conduct needs analyses and design assessments to measure training effectiveness.
- Ensure alignment with branding guidelines and maintain professional aesthetics.
- Manage and organize training source files in cloud storage.
- Develop prototypes, gather user feedback, and optimize learning experiences.
- Manage instructional design projects and communicate with stakeholders.
- Research emerging trends to enhance training offerings.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Advanced knowledge of instructional design theories and adult learning principles.
- Expertise in e-learning authoring tools like Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Understanding of user experience principles for digital learning.
- Skilled in collaborating with SMEs to develop educational content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for documentation and presentations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Dimensions:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in training, including course development and delivery.
