Requirements
- 3 years or more of experience in instructional design, technical training, course development, and training delivery.
- Proficiency in Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, and rapid eLearning authoring tools.
- Experience with ADDIE, SAM, adult learning principles, curriculum development, and learner-centered instructional strategies.
- Experience in LMS integration, eLearning development, blended learning, virtual training, and computer-based training.
- Experience with storyboarding, multimedia development, UX principles, assessments, prototyping, and cloud-based content management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design interactive eLearning, instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training programs for technical and business audiences.
- Convert technical processes and operational workflows into learning objectives, courses, job aids, and facilitator materials.
- Build and maintain multimedia learning modules, assessments, presentations, and digital training assets.
- Conduct training needs analyses and develop evaluations to measure learner performance, adoption, and course effectiveness.
- Partner with subject-matter experts and project teams to validate content, pilot courses, and refine learning experiences.
- Manage instructional projects, training assets, course versions, quality reviews, timelines, and deployment activities.
