We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Test Manager for a strategic role in the insurance sector. This onsite position in the Jersey City area involves leading testing governance, quality assurance, and delivery excellence across multiple programs. The role requires strong leadership capabilities and expertise in various testing disciplines to ensure quality outcomes in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive test planning, governance, and execution across multiple workstreams and applications.
• Establish and manage testing processes, standards, metrics, and quality controls.
• Coordinate functional, automation, performance, security, and integration testing activities.
• Drive adoption of shift-left testing practices and quality engineering principles.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and delivery teams to achieve successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong domain knowledge in commercial insurance.
• Expertise in testing process governance, test automation, and data management.
• Experience with performance and security testing in Agile and SAFe environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
