Technical Support Specialist - Allen, TX - Contract - $24-34 Per HR
Description
This position is a contract role located in Allen, TX, where you will provide technical support for vehicle intelligence systems. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, web, and email, focusing on diagnosing and resolving issues. The role requires strong expertise in both hardware and software troubleshooting, as well as knowledge of networking and cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues through various communication channels.
- Maintain customer relationships throughout the problem-solving process.
- Communicate outage notifications and ticket statuses to customers.
- Document product issues and provide solutions to customers.
- Track and resolve issues, interfacing with product and engineering teams.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in technical support or application support roles.
- Experience in a remote technical support environment is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills in verbal, written, and presentation formats.
- Good time management skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
