Technical Support Manager

Seeking an experienced operations-focused leader to oversee a small technical support and field service team. This role is more focused on managing people, customer relationships, service delivery, and day-to-day operations with hands-on troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support a team of 3 technicians
• Manage scheduling, field service coordination, and on-call coverage
• Handle customer escalations and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers
• Oversee inventory, equipment replacements, service agreements, and operational processes
• Monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:
• 3–5+ years of experience in technical support, field service, service operations, or related environments
• 2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or team management experience
• Strong customer service, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Background in hardware support, field service, printing, manufacturing, or similar industries is a plus

Ideal backgrounds include Service Operations Management, Technical Support Leadership, Field Service Management, IT Project Coordination, Customer Success Management, or Help Desk Leadership.
