Job Summary:
This role involves diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues for software users, requiring in-depth platform knowledge and strong problem-solving abilities. You will analyze code, identify solutions for custom integrations, and manage customer cases effectively. The position demands excellent communication for a customer-facing, collaborative environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and resolve intricate technical software problems.
  • Analyze and debug JavaScript code for custom solutions.
  • Manage and track customer-reported technical issues.
  • Develop deep expertise in the software platform.
  • Communicate technical solutions clearly to customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot difficult technical issues
  • Solid object-oriented programming skills in Javascript
  • Relational database experience Experience with web application stacks and relational databases is essential.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Resolved complex customer issues by troubleshooting JavaScript applications and identifying root causes across web application environments.
  • Developed and supported dynamic web components using JavaScript, Angular, HTML, CSS, and XHTML.
  • Investigated application and database issues using MySQL and Linux/UNIX while providing technical support and solutions to customers.
