What You Will Do

  • Provide technical support and solutions for clients using the API SDK.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for support processes and solutions.
  • Assist in the deployment and integration of software solutions for clients.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients on new features and functionalities.
  • Monitor system performance and provide proactive support to ensure uptime.

Ideal Candidate Background

  • 3–8 years of experience in a technical support or solutions engineering role.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, NodeJS, and React for troubleshooting and integration tasks.
  • Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and REST API principles.
  • Experience with Langchain or similar technologies in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and deployment strategies.
  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced technology environment.
  • Knowledge of HR, ATS, or Payroll systems and their integration challenges.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role is $70K, with equity grants offered in addition to the base salary. This company also provides a referral reward program, enhancing the overall compensation package.
