Technical Support Analyst - Warrenton, VA (Onsite)

Duration: 6 Months (with possible extension)

Seeking for a Technical Support Analyst and you will be responsible for managing and supporting IT systems, ensuring seamless operations of approximately 200 IT devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup, configure, and maintain PC desktops, laptops, and peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and support Android and Apple mobile devices.
• Support and troubleshoot LAN/WAN environments, including network protocols and concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Manage email applications (Google Suite, PST files, calendars, distribution lists).
• Handle IT inventory control, ticketing systems, and reporting.
• Configure and troubleshoot analog and digital phone systems.
• Resolve network and infrastructure issues.
• Set up, configure, and manage routers, switches, and wireless access points.
• Monitor network and computer systems performance.
• Identify and report security vulnerabilities.
• Document system changes and create new procedures for solutions and issues.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with team members and support vendors.

Must-Have Skills:

• McAfee Anti-Virus Software, Adobe Acrobat, and other commercial business software products.
• Experience with IT presentations and equipment setup.
• Knowledge of Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office suite, Internet Web Browsers, and Anti-Virus Software.
• Experience with IT inventory control and reporting.
• Experience with IT staff training.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive motions.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
