- Perform eligibility checks for potential customers for Client's Flexible Pricing Rate Pilot.
- Manage customer enrollment and payment operations.
- Receive and validate enrollment forms from account managers.
- Submit eligible customers to third-party suppliers for enrollment.
- Confirm enrollment status to internal stakeholders.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the pilot's automated enrollment and billing platform.
- Pull data from the platform and ensure data accuracy.
- Work with third-party platform providers to report bugs/errors, implement enhancements, and maintain the system.
- Oversee manual enrollment processes for Automation Service Providers.
- Maintain detailed enrollment metrics, including number of customers, MW enrolled, and benefiters vs. non-benefiters.
- Track billing status and manage manual customer payments.
- Facilitate payments to contractors and other third parties.
- Monitor and compensate third parties for their performance in recruiting customers.
- Prepare and maintain reporting related to customer enrollment, billing, and payments.
Required Skills/Attributes
- Proficiency with analytical tools such as Excel, Access, or similar tools for tracking and reporting.
- Ability to understand and conduct payment processing and reconciliation.
- Ability to follow and improve business processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to validate information on forms.
- Experience with manual data entry.
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle high-volume tasks during ramp-up periods.
- Four or more years of experience in business analysis.
Education Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline
Desired Skills/Attributes
- Experience with customer programs and billing in a utility or similarly regulated environment.
- Familiarity with SAP billing and/or payment systems.
- Experience with advanced analytical tools such as SAS, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Experience working with budgets.
- Experience creating and using pivot tables, charts, and graphs.
- Ability to work with large datasets, including data for several hundred thousand accounts.
- Proficiency in identifying trends in complex data and developing data-driven solutions.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong ethics, influence and negotiation, leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage stress and engage in continuous learning.
