    • Designing and certifying complex setups for NC machinery.
    • Mentoring staff in intricate machine operations.
    • Solve technical snags in manufacturing processes.
    • Implementing and leading process upgrades.
    • Contribute to part and revision modelling.
    • Support Manufacturing Engineers in holistic project leadership.
    • Provide guidance to peers to meet standard and beyond outcomes.
    • Inventory management for the tool crib.
    • Assist in schematic designs to enhance equipment layout for operational efficiency.
    • Absolute tidiness and organization in the work area.
    • Deliver excellence in every work output.
    • Show flexibility and assist across departments where necessary.

    Experience & Skills

    • Minimum high school degree, additional qualifications favorable.
    • At least five years in manufacturing, with lean methodologies increasing desirability.
    • Operational prowess in NC Machines essential; experience in VMC or HMC beneficial.
    • Deep understanding of basic digital tools and math techniques.
    • Comprehend and process technical drawings seamlessly.
    • Adaptability to fruitfully thrive in a fast-paced workshop.
    • Strong collaboration skills required.
    • Conversational skill in English necessary.
