Under direct to limited guidance, this position is responsible for applying diversified technical knowledge and practices to broad assignments across multiple fields.
Independently evaluates, selects, and applies standard techniques and procedures while using judgment when making adaptations and modifications.
Assignments have clear and specific objectives and require investigation of a limited number of variables.
Receives instruction on specific assignment objectives, complex features, and possible solutions.
Performs work involving conventional plans, investigations, surveys, structures, or equipment with relatively few complex features for which there are few precedents.
Under general guidance, position applies diversified knowledge of technical principles and practices to a broad variety of assignments and related fields.
Requires use of advanced techniques and modification and extension of theories, precepts, and practices in an individual's field.
Devises new solutions to problems encountered.
Receives guidance related largely to overall objectives, critical issues, new concepts, and policy matters.
May receive technical guidance for unusual or complex problems.
Under limited guidance, position has responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating assignments.
Plans and develops technical projects concerned with unique or controversial complexities which have important impact on major company programs.
This involves exploration of subject area, definition of scope, selection for areas for investigation, and development of Client concepts.
Acts as a technical liaison to individuals within and outside their organization with responsibility to act independently regarding technical matters pertaining to the individual's field. Assignments are given in broad terms concerning general objectives and limitations.Education: Associate degree or equivalent work experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Relevant Experience:
0 - 5 years of experience applying diversified knowledge of technical principles and practices to a broad variety of assignments.
Responsibilities:
Plans and develops technical projects, applies advanced techniques, and modifies theories and practices within the field.
Explores subject areas, defines scope, and selects areas for investigation with minimal supervision.
Other:
Works with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
