- Coordinates with bidding and estimating to provide a technical submission review and integration with pricing effort on all design-build projects.
- Manages the Lane Survey Department.
- Manages Lane temporary construction works.
- Provides BIM for project estimating.
- Deploys Bentley bid item level takeoff solution.
- Implements prioritization mechanism for temporary construction works.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
