Technical Services Manager
Columbus, OH
Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 (10% bonus on top)

Main duties of the Technical Services Manager include:
- Strategically developing, training and assisting a national team of Field Service Engineers
- Aiding/servicing all major customers thru technical support
- Develop new training programs for the Field Engineers
- Use technical, hands-on expertise to assist the Field Engineers in capital equipment installation, set-up and maintenance projects
- Travel, roughly 30% of the time, to immediately assist key customers
- Act as the face/voice of the company on customer service issues
Qualifications include:
- Exceptional leadership and training/development skills
- Highly technical background- ideally with knowledge of hydraulic, press, pump or pneumatic systems
- Electrical (PLC) skills are strongly desired
- Ability to travel, including overseas
