    • Manage technology procurement and vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with licensing agreements and service level standards
    • Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and technical standards that strengthen security, efficiency, and the user experience across campus
    • Lead and develop a team of technical professionals (Network Administrator and Technical Support Specialist), building a culture of technical excellence and service
    • Deliver data-driven reporting and analytics that inform technology strategy and demonstrate the value of IT to college stakeholders
    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across network infrastructure, hardware, software, and telecommunications

    • Demonstrated experience with Windows Server environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DHCP, and virtualization technologies
    • Proven experience with VPNs, firewalls, and network security technologies
    • Experience supporting multiple operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), browsers, and end-user devices
    • Background in software procurement, licensing management, and vendor coordination
    • Experience with data systems, reporting tools, and analytics

    Preferred:

    • PMP or similar project management certification

    • Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
    • A collaborative team player who's equally comfortable working independently
    • A customer-service mindset — patient and empathetic with end users
    • A continuous-learning mentality in a fast-changing technology landscape
