We are looking for a Technical Service Specialist to join our Automotive Refinish team in Northeast Florida! If youre ready to take your technical expertise beyond the spray booth and become a trusted industry leader, wed like to hear from you.

As a Technical Service Specialist - Northeast Florida, you will...

Lead product demonstrations and customer training events

Conduct hands-on technical coaching to support and retain our active collision center customers

Support distribution partners with technical product knowledge and training

Assist sales teams in new business opportunities and customer conversions

Troubleshoot application, process, and color-match best practices

Support implementation of solvent and waterborne refinish technologies

Participate in new product introductions and field-level process development

Help customers achieve operational and financial improvement goals

Contribute to achieving business growth objectives

Travel throughout the territory allowing you to engage directly with customers and industry partners

If you have...

High School Diploma or equivalent

7+ years of automotive refinish industry experience

Strong understanding of collision repair and refinishing processes

Knowledge of competitive products, systems, and tools

Ability to deliver customer presentations and technical training

Experience using Microsoft Office applications

CRM experience is a plus

Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus

Experience with Surventis Automotive Refinish products is highly valued
