    Description

    Position Overview

    The Technical Service Engineer Intern supports customers and internal teams by providing technical assistance, troubleshooting product-related issues, and contributing to product performance improvements. This role offers hands-on experience working with engineering, quality, and customer-facing teams to resolve technical challenges and enhance customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer technical issues related to products, equipment, and applications.
    • Support the investigation of product performance concerns by collecting, analyzing, and documenting technical data.
    • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Customer Service teams to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
    • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, service reports, product specifications, troubleshooting guides, and training materials.
    • Participate in product testing, validation activities, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and customer experience.

    Qualifications

    Pursuing a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, material science, or a related technical field; strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and engineering software tools preferred.
