WHO YOU ARE

The qualified candidate will act as a technical liaison to support and deploy capability developments for Lockheed Martin Products around the globe. Provide technical support and expertise as the voice of the customer during the design phase while providing appropriate training and deployment of the products during and after delivery. Resolve technical problems as required at the customer site

Primary Responsibilities: Provides technical advice and guidance on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement of company technical products, programs and systems. Provides expertise for resolving technical problems, troubleshoots product and modifies product to customer requirements. Provides training to customers. Work may be done at customer site. Includes software systems and programs designed for customers (corporate and individual) and government entities.

Basic Qualifications

Excellent oral/written communication skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with aircraft component repair and overhaul

Desired Skills

Familiarity with Tooling and Test Equipment used in support of aircraft depot operations and/or component overhaul and repair

Experience interacting with foreign customers

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00

• Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
