Opportunity Overview

The Product Manager will be responsible for driving Teradyne’s software product and AI strategy for the Power Test Division.





The role involves collaborating and working with multiple teams – marketing, engineering, sales, and operations – understanding multiple markets – AI Data Center, Automotive and Industrial Complex Power Management, and Discrete – and working alongside our customers who are small to large international semiconductor companies.

+ Define and drive the AI product roadmap for the Power Test Division. (PTD)

+ Product management of the product line, including product life cycle management, sales systems support, and managing 3rd party relationships

+ Develop business requirements and proposals for new MST software products



+ Develop competitive differentiation through sales and marketing collateral and training of sales and field engineers


+ Prioritize SW feature requests or product enhancements in R&D funnel


+ Collaborate with marketing, engineering to drive software product roadmap that is in alignment with business objectives


+ Manage customer migration to new software releases


+ Evangelize new features and capabilities


+ Enhance customer loyalty; create buzz in user groups and media; create relationships with power users and proliferate SW best practices


+ Support key strategic design-in activities, in particular those that involve significant software enhancements

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field with strong SW engineering background as either a SW engineer or applications engineer


+ Minimum of 5 years in the Semiconductor Industry with experience as a SW product manager at an ATE, EDA Design Company, or at a supplier to the IC industry


+ This position requires a person with very strong leadership, analytical, synthesis and integration skills. This role will require an extensive amount of integrating and visibility across all functions of the business and at all levels


+ Travel of 20 – 30% to be expected










We are only considering candidates local to the position location and are unable to provide relocation for this position.

This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.





Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $155,000–$248,100. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.


Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
