Were seeking a Technical Sales Specialist with expertise in proteins and Performance & Active Nutrition to bridge science and business. In this role, youll serve as a trusted advisor to customers, drive commercial growth, and help bring innovative protein solutions to market.

What youll bring

• Bachelors degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in technical sales, applications, product development, or food technology
• Expertise in dairy proteins and functional ingredients
• Knowledge of Performance & Active Nutrition markets
• Strong customer-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to blend technical credibility with commercial acumen

Job Description:

As Technical Sales Specialist, you will translate customer challenges into winning nutrition solutions while accelerating growth across the Performance & Active Nutrition portfolio.

Key responsibilities include

• Provide technical and application support to customers and sales teams
• Lead customer discussions on ingredient functionality, formulations, and performance
• Support the launch and commercialization of new protein innovations
• Develop and deliver technical presentations, trainings, and product education
• Identify growth opportunities through value-based selling
• Share market insights and customer needs with Marketing, Product Management, and R&D
• Build strong relationships with customers and key internal stakeholders
• Use Salesforce to manage opportunities and customer projects
